The purpose of this letter is to formally commend Eric S. and Doug J. for the excellent service they've provided during and after the GSA/FBI project here at 2101 Webster/Center 21. In my opinion, the level of service that your team has extended to our site lives up to our expectations of ACCO and Sunbelt Controls.
I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I continue to be impressed by the support and service provided by your team that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. These people truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from our industry, the service and commitment that Doug and Eric deliver should be held up as an example for others to continue to emulate.
What particularly has impressed me about the level of service provided by Eric is that even after the project has been completed and "bugs" inevitably rear up he continues to respond to our requests for assistance . It appears that it is simply the team's extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that motivate them to always go the extra mile. Their example has even had a positive impact on the attitude and productivity of my Engineering staff and the way they approach control issues!
In closing, I believe that Doug and Eric truly deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the expectations of any customer.
